Our mission is clear: provide urgent aid to those who need it most. We swiftly respond to emergencies, ensuring that animals receive the essentials they require to survive and thrive.
By focusing on these vulnerable animals we strive to develop a more compassionate society, creating a safer, healthier environment for both animals and people.
Every day, we receive heart-wrenching requests from people in dire need. It is mostly the elderly who share their small pension with starving and wounded homeless animals in the high-risk areas of Ukraine. Amidst the challenges, we bridge the gap in modern world skills that are often absent in our community. Activities like social media engagement, effective Google searches, and grant writing expertise are crucial in today’s world, yet these skills are lacking.
In many cases, waiting for a response from larger organizations can feel like an eternity. But here at UHS, we don’t wait. We act. Your support enables us to be proactive, helping not only the animals but also the wonderful individuals who care for them. When you stand with us, you’re not just aiding our organization; you’re providing immediate relief to these vulnerable animals and the compassionate souls who devote their resources, time, and love to their well-being.
In our first year of operation, we fed __ cats and dogs by providing 1000 kg of nourishing meals. Every meal is a lifeline, sustaining their strength and vitality.
We offered immediate responses and sent 100 packages of medicines after receiving requests to help and 10 animals from dangerous areas of Ukraine were sterilized.
When disaster struck, we swiftly sent funds for the Kherson
Operated remote evacuation plans from Severodonetsk, Luhansk region.
We assisted with what we had, relying solely on donations and our contributions, knowing that even a little means a lot to those in need. Join us in this mission.
